Welcome

Welcome to Pacific Northwest Diabetes Research Institute. We are dedicated to eliminating diabetes and its complications.

PNDRI, founded in 1956, is a nonprofit biomedical and clinical research center located in Seattle. As the region's only comprehensive, independent diabetes research center, PNDRI is advancing basic and clinical knowledge to better predict, prevent, treat, and cure diabetes in all of its forms. Our acclaimed team of 85 physicians, scientists, and technical staff are dedicated to making science discoveries and 'translating' them into improved health for all people living with, or at risk of, diabetes.

If you were just diagnosed with diabetes or want to learn more about the disease, please visit our Diabetes Resources page.
